For those chemical users who speak a language other than English, we have options available to you.
For language assistance please contact the Telephone Interpreting Service (TIS) on 13 14 50 and request an interpreter to contact ChemClear on your behalf.
TIS can provide the appropriate interpreter to establish a 3 way connection between the waste holder, the translator and the ChemClear operator.
The ChemClear booking line number should be advised to TIS when requesting a ChemClear service, 1800 008 182.
